Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ImageResizer ("the Service") at imageresizer.bd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service — whether on a Free, Pro, or Business plan. "ImageResizer," "we," "us," and "our" refers to the company operating imageresizer.bd.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email (for registered users) with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Our Services

ImageResizer provides browser-based image editing tools including image resizing, cropping, compression, format conversion, and related utilities. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or continuity of any specific feature.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

User Accounts

Registration

Some features require account registration. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at security@imageresizer.bd if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.
• You may not create accounts using automated means or create accounts for others without permission.

Account termination by user

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ImageResizer only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload illegal content: Images that violate any law, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that violates intellectual property rights without permission, or illegal content of any kind.
• Attempt to bypass limits: Use automated scripts, bots, or other methods to circumvent rate limits, daily usage caps, or file size restrictions.
• Reverse engineer: Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from our service.
• Interfere with service: Conduct denial of service attacks, inject malicious code, or interfere with other users' use of the service.
• Misrepresent: Impersonate ImageResizer, our team, or other users.
• Scrape: Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from our service without written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

Our content

The ImageResizer name, logo, website design, user interface, code, and all associated content are owned by ImageResizer and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all images you edit using ImageResizer. Because image processing is browser-based and we never receive your image files, no license is required for or granted to us regarding your images.

If you upload a profile photo or other content to your account, you grant ImageResizer a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content for the purpose of operating your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

Billing

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Business) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at billing@imageresizer.bd for a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will not apply until your next renewal after the notice period.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ImageResizer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the service.

You use ImageResizer at your own risk. We recommend keeping backups of your original images before editing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ImageResizer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under local consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by these terms.
